This policy explains how All Convert Tools handles your files and information when you use the website.
Files you upload
Files uploaded for server-side conversion are stored temporarily only for as long as needed to process your request. They are then deleted automatically:
- Guest uploads and results: deleted about 1 hour after processing.
- Registered free accounts: deleted about 24 hours after processing.
- Failed jobs: cleaned up within a few hours.
We do not view, share or sell your files, and download links use random tokens that search engines are asked not to index.
Browser-only tools
Unit converters, calculators and developer tools run entirely in your browser. The data you enter into them is never sent to our servers.
Logs
We keep minimal technical logs (such as error and security logs) to keep the service reliable and safe. These do not include the contents of your files.
Cookies
We use a small amount of local storage to remember your theme preference (light or dark). No tracking cookies are required to use the tools.
